Celebrian's heart sank quietly with all loss of possible hope there was before. Her emerald eyes could only stare at him, as her eyes suddenly filled with qyuiet tears. A few blessed pearl, crystalline drops bled from her amazing eyes, and her mouth opened slowly to speak in a quiet and struggling voice,
"Please... do you feel so inclined to destroy lives for the reward of nothingness?"
She looked at him imploringly. "Will you settle for one life instead of so many? If you wish it, I can lie down my own life... if you will spare the rest.. please..." her eyes were suddenly imploring, humbly begging.

Sionn's eyebrow quirks once again, and a look of amusement crosses his beautiful features. "Trying to bargain?" He shakes his head, and sighs. "I see that you'll be as annoying in thwarting me as some of the Creators are."
He takes a moment to brush a few strands of hair back from his face, and shrugs. "I have patience." This time, his smile has an unsettling edge to it. "I will wait, for now, rather than seek out those who I intended to slay, since you seem so adamantly opposed to the inevitable entropy of everything."

Celebrian's heavenly features suddenly brightened into an ecstatic and happy expression, suddenly seeing him as a benefactor rather than the cold and evil being he was. this time, tears of happiness and gratitude began flowing down her rosy cheeks, and she offered him a brilliant smile full of warmth. She half-leapt forth to wrap her arms around him in an ecstatic hug, forgetting herself and forgetting her upbringing.
"Thank you sir! Thank you so much! You do not know how grateful I am to you!"
As she turned her emerald eyes to him, a strange glow and warmth began to radiate from her bodice, an energy too strange to be human, but too human at the same time. Her arms continued to embrace him, sighing with much relief and content. She was definately an odd one. "My name is Celebrian, by the way.. Celebrian Vadalmar... and I thank you again for considering."

Sionn impassively allows Celebrian to wrap her arms around him - the contact radiating a subtle wrongness from Sionn's skin as the power which once belonged to the Ungod radiates weakly from the immortal. "Your gratitude is not of concern to me. Your persistence in the face of the inevitable merely would have been... Troubling to deal with. As I said, I am patient. My goals can wait for a time..."
Without bothering to shake Celebrian off, Sionn resumes walking - dragging Celebrian along if she holds on. For someone as slim as he is, he's surprisingly strong - and despite the relative warmth of the night, and his thick cloak, he still hasn't broken out into a sweat. A bit unsettling, if one were to notice.

Celebrian decided to lightly ignore his cold comments and the bothered aura that he was emitting from within. She of course, clung to him as he walked. They actually made a comical picture, a slender, small girl clinging to a thinned man.
She actually giggled and continued to hold him, "You shouldn't be so cold towards people... at least smile once in a while. When was the last time you laughed?"
She hoped she wasn't annoying him, she didn't want to ruin things by getting on his bad graces. She did poke his side at an attempt of a tickle,
"And why are you so stiff all the time? It's not healthy, you know." She continued to smile like nothing as he dragged her, giggling all the while, thinking all this very very comical.

Sionn utterly fails to react to his ribs being poked, and indeed doesn't seem to care that he's dragging Celebrian along with him. "Not healthy?" He turns his head slightly to give her a sidelong glance of faint amusement. "My health is not a problem. I do not fall ill." After all, when your body harbors the essence of Entropy, very little can survive within it without having already been a part of it.
The gates to the city are shut, of course, and held shut by means of the heavy iron chains used to draw them shut and a stout iron bar bracing them. Adequate to keep out armies - useless against Sionn. His emotionless blue eyes flash, as he lifts one hand and whisper a single word. A surge of something unseen ripples from his hand and strikes the gates; a moment later, the gates begin to crumble away to rust, the corrosion spreading impossibly fast.
"Hmph. Such terrible construction."

Celebrian looked at him and shook her head,
"You're so tactless! You couldn't wait till morning, now look what you've done."
She let her fragile arms release him, and faced the decayed remains and made a swaying motion with her arm. As if on command, the gates which were completely defeated to dust, began to emerge from the ashes, like the rebirth of a phoenix. Emerald eyes looked at him with an amused look, as she pulled on the newly made ivory handles, pulling the gate open.
"I'd appreciate it if you didn't destroy anything either."
She gave him a bright smile, and held the gate open for him. It was needless to say, she was surprisingly unafraid.

Sionn quirks an eyebrow at Celebrian's scolding, and shrugs slightly. "I suppose that while you follow me, I hardly have much choice, now do I?" He could, of course, simply leave, but that would leave this place untouched by Entropy's fateful hand, and that simply wouldn't do.
Sionn does eye Celebrian as he passes her, however, ignoring the gradually building noise of the guards shouting on the far side about the gate's destruction and renewal. Perhaps, he silently muses to himself, this woman could be twisted to Entropy's goals. Certainly she's powerful enough to be a nuisance if she decides to directly oppose him...
He doesn't speak, however, and simple walks into the city's darkness, his cloak smoothly flowing around him, giving him a regal appearance utterly at odds with his exhibited personality thus far.

Celebrian awaited for him, and since it seemed he wouldn't wait for her, she kept her pace parallel to his. "Say, can I join you in your travels? See.. I don't know where I'm going more than half of the time and heh.. I get lost pretty much all the time." She laughed aloud, ignoring the commotion of the guards as she continued to walk trustingly into the city. From the corner of her eye, she had seen a few shadows slither past, but she paid no mind to them.
Emerald pools turned to Sionn again, and she raised her eyebrows lightly, awaiting some sort of reaction, or at least a response.

"If you can keep up, I see no cause to stop you for now." Keeping up seems an odd phrase, since Sionn is walking almost lazily along the streets; here and there street animals recoil as he passes by, but largely he goes unnoticed - aside from the occasional street person staring at the beauty of the two as they walk along. "Although given your determination to promote mortal life, I do wonder why you would wish to travel with me."
In the shadows of one alley, a trio of forms stir - a pair of half-orcs and an ogre, local thugs from the lowest ranks of the Commons District Thieve's Guild - and slip out to follow the pair; Sionn notices, but doesn't bother to say anything. After all, lowly mortals can't harm him, and it would hardly be his fault if they went after Celebrian first.
Although he might welcome the chance to destroy them utterly...

"Perhaps we can find allies within each other. You know.. we can keep each other from the loneliness.."
her voice trailed off as her head instinctively swayed to the direction of the unfriendly strangers. Her first reaction was to smile, and she looked back to Sionn,
"Besides, you need someone to teach you how to have fun!" She suddenly clasped his hand, and gave him a bright smile, yet the smile concealed messages he would later know of with time as he would get to know her. She looked around as they passed the particularly dark alley.
"You'd think they would have something like street torches or something.."

Sionn doesn't quite snort at the thought of keeping anyone from loneliness. "I do not suffer from 'loneliness'. Indeed, I prefer solitude." After all, everything withers away in time, and Sionn had grown tired of watching time destroy people long ago. He was the destroyer now - and eventually, he would even cast down Time itself as an artifact of mortality.
"As for the street torches... This is the city Tarra-Lin. The residents could hardly go about their business if light were to shine upon them." He turns his head slightly, smirking cruelly as he watches the thugs trying to nonchalantly creep closer.

Celebrian looked down, and silently tried to choke back the tears. Her grip around his cold hand loosened until she completely let go. I see.." said finally . She didn't look at him as she stopped. She was completely unaware of the theieves creeping closer now, as it was she was overcome with emotion, which she couldn't understand.
"I guess me tagging along would be too much of a disturbance to your solitude... I'm sorry to have tagged along this far.."
she tried not to sniff back the tears as she turned around and began to walk the opposite way slowly. She tried to understand the coldness he exerted, but to politely state preference for solitude and lack of emotion toward her company hurt her much more than rude comments. Her emerald eyes stayed on the ground as she walked away from him.

The thieves, of course, see this as a golden opportunity, and one of the half-orcs crosses what distance remains in a flash, grabbing at Celebrian's hair and jerking his dagger out to hold across her throat. "Naow dun move, an ya won' get hurt, ya gots it?"
Sionn pauses in his walking, and turns, his sapphire eyes giving away nothing of his thoughts. The cloak ripples and falls still, giving him a curiously unimposing sillhouette against the city night. Anyone sensitive to the flows of magic, however, might detect a subtle 'wrongness' suddenly developing as he stares at the thieves.

Celebrian quietly stood as her long, soft hair was tugged harshly and a dagger was slid against her soft skin. Her emerald eyes looked silently to Sionn, and said to the thieves in a calm and gentle tone, "Gentlemen, this is really a bad night for you to rob people... I beg of you, please leave us.." She could only look at Sionn and feel the ominous aura coming from him. She understood that if they refused, he would be more than glad to terminated them, she could see it in his fathomless eyes.
