Here's a quick one serving recipie I use. It's really good at getting the restless t' sleep. Faerie Wine 1 1/2 cup milk per serving 1 tsp honey 1/8 tsp vanilla extract cinnamon Warm milk (don't boil!). To each glass or mug, add honey and vanilla. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon. for more fun recipies, check out sabbat foods www.angelfire.com/fl3/wicca1132/sabbatfoods.html

WOW! Thanks for the URL.
Check these out! Yummy!
Samhain Oatcakes
3c flour (whole wheat or white or a combination) 3c rolled oats (rolled barley might also work) 3/4c sugar (brown or white) 1c butter 1c shortening 1/2t salt 1/4 c water 2 good sized sheets of waxed paper.
Mush all ingredients together in a bowl. It's easier to use your hands. Divide into several mounds.
Sandwich a mound between two pieces of waxed paper and roll out till about 3/8 to 1/4 inch thick. This is tedious work. I've tried baking the sheet whole but it doesn't bake evenly.
Cut into squarish shapes, place on an unbuttered cookie sheet, and bale at 375 until the edges are golden (about 15-20 minutes).

Meh. I'm back to not being able sleep again. Nothing seems to work now. ::hits her head repeatedly on a lightpost:: I woke up a four-thirty this mornin', dammit! I wanna be able to sleep until the alarm goes off!
::mutters evil things about alarms, internal and external::

I think music is a great way to achieve sleep.. especially soothing instrumental or soft, mellow music you enjoy. It also unfolds pleasant dreams -nodnod-
Or do what the Mako-P does! >_> run around all day and by the time you hit the sack you'll leave a crater ^o^

I did that once.... that was the night this week that Zach stayed over. I stayed up until I literally hit my head on the keyboard.

Actually I've been doing that for quite a while. ::shifty::
I'll figure out a good sleeping pattern, but that won't come about until next quarter. I'll only have three days with classes.
