So you're stumped for a character (not just in an rpg, but what if you do online comics or stories or whatever...). Well that's what the library is for! Not everybody feels like digging out their rpg books or whatever and there's listings for characters, and items, and jobs, and feats, and whatever! AHAHAHA! Ok...yeah...
Making a character doesn't have to be hard. So what if you can't think of a history or a hundred powers or whatever...Start with a name, a speices, and maybe a base character class and create the rest as you go along. Evolution is your friend.
