Leanon made a small surprised noise. "My salmon? Why? Do you want one too?" She chuckled lightly and saved it from the gnome lover. "Hmm...It's along story, abeit an interesting one, but it's so confusing it makes my brain muddled." She paused, picking at her robes. "I know, if I tell you my tale, you will tell me yours, how you came to meet Rotzi and Centon, agreed?" She smirked and placed the salmon safely inside her rags.

"Actually I was wondering what it would taste like...." the demon neko muttered under his breath.
"Well... Jessi and I met the day these two strange kids from the neighboring elven city and some members from the council came over. The photographer, my former master, had just died, and she had the know how of photography." He leaned on the wall, deep in thought. "I think that if she wasn't useful then they would have just killed her."
Centon eyed Squee. "Another reason may be because he was with her. His breed is rumored to eat their owners."

Leanon surveyed Squee with caution and arched an eyebrow. "Heh, stay far away from the salmon, it's far more deadly than you think...Well, not really...But still." She coughed and glanced upwards, then said quietly "Maybe thats why Remmington wanted to talk to Rotzi, he must have heard the rumour." She scritched the salmon and glanced out of the window, her gaze lingering over the factorys as they billowed out smoke. "I'll have to leave before it gets dark, that doesn't give me much time, so my strory, will have to be saved for another day, when time graces us."

Centon laughed an actual hearty laugh. "I think he doesn't have much t' worry about, Miss Leanon. He has eaten a live orc before," he said once he could talk properly again. That comment recieved a dirty look from Squee, which the elf ignored.
"But... you may be correct." He looked back up to Jessi's apartment. "I wonder what it is that they are discussing."
"Curiousity killed the cat, elf," growled Squee. "And don't you even dare think that I'm gonna find out for ya."

Leanon's ears twitched slightly and she made a small humming noise. "...I'm very tempted to listen in, but, methinks that cause problems." She placed a thoughtful finger to her lips and smiled, no, it was more of a grin. "Well, if you wont go, Squee, would you like me to send Sir Salmonkins up?"

"Whatever it is, it must be important." Centon leaned on the wall with a sigh. However he couldn't get any rest as a few gnomes walked in. "Back to work..." He went over to the counter to take care of them, praying that they didn't bother him too badly.
A furry brow rose at Leanon's suggestion. "I'd be tempted t' say yes, but she'd end up eating him. I'd prefer t' save the fish for m'self."

Leanon absent mindedly patted a dwarfe on the head as the small creature walked by, realising what she was doing she retracted her hand, telling herself off inwardly for being so bad mannered. She raised and eyebrow at Squee, then, snatched Sir Salmonkins from the air and put him under her tophat. "Erm, no. You wont be eating salmonkins dearie, unless you want a very angry vet with a scarey fish fetish after you." She bowed deeply, ragged robes touching the floor, causing her to look like a walking jumble sale. "Unfortunatly, the evening has come around once more, I'll see you again my dears, take care and goodnight!" With that, she waved and headed out of the door, then ran through a nearby alley. "Cheerio!"

"Later, Miss Leanon," Centon said as he watched her leave. "Now, how may I help you?"
While the elf was dealing with the customers, Squee decided to go into the back for breakfast. The salmon had been enough to make him hungry once more. He had thought of eating one of the gnomes, but Jessi had promised him a life of hellish pain and pink if he ate another customer.
