Woodlands Ho!

[Rotzi]

Kiara felt her face growing hot. Sure, she couldn't deny that she found herself being drawn to Diven. However she didn't think that he'd say anything like that to her.

"I... um..." Her arms returned his embrace. "I believe I'm beginning to like you, as well." She nuzzled him. After admitting that to him and to herself, she felt a wave of relief wash over her.

He smiled to himself, holding her tightly. "Your face is warm," he said, stifling a small laugh. "And we're still naked."

[Rotzi]

Kiara felt her face heat up even more. "Well.. I never thought anthros could be nekkid.... y'know.. with the fur and all..."

She looked at the water, mainly their reflections. I guess it is true, but human standards... She looked back at Diven.

"Let's just go back to the den, okay?" She kissed his cheek and smiled. "We've lot's to do, y' know?"

He smiled and nodded, "Not really, I pack light." He stepped out of the spring and shook off, streaching out on the grass to dry. "You will see, don't worry about a thing."

[Rotzi]

Kiara blinked, then shook her head. "Oh yea..." It wasn't like they were moving. Just going out for an adventure, twas all.

She followed him onto the ground as soon as she had shaken off some of the water.

"What about you? Is there anywhere you wanna go?"

"Any where that you are is good enough for me," he smiled, scooting over to her. He laid his head on his arms and gazed at her. He reached out a paw to grasp hers.

Kiara looked over a him, a small smile gracing her face. She scooted closer to him, nuzzling his cheek.

This isn't so bad... She closed her eyes. It was enevitable, I guess. She snuggled with Diven.

After a few moments, she smiled again. "Let's go back to the den. It's goin' t' rain." She looked up at the sky. Sure enough dark clouds were moving in, and the scent of rain was just beginning to hit her.

Diven looked up and sniffed the air, "That it is, that it is."

He stood and donned his robe and handed Kiara her clothes. The wind had started to pick up as they walked out of the clearing. It was going to be a big storm.

Kiara pulled her clothes on quickly. "Guess I shouldn't have said anything, ne?" She paused, enjoying the feeling of the strong wind. While she could say she loved the water, she truly enjoyed a nice, strong gust of wind.

However, she knew that they needed to get back to the den before it began to pour. As luck would have it, the moment the two stepped into their den it began to pour.

Kiara shook herself a bit, chuckling to herself. "That was close, ne?" She walked to the back. "We have enough wood for a fire, right? It's gonna be a cold night, Diven."

She tugged on his paw, leading him so to speak. "'m cold already... probably from the wind and not being completely dry." It was true. Her clothing was a bit damp from her fur. "Can I borrow a robe of yours?"

Diven stood at the entrance to the den a moment before letting the covering fall back in place. That storm seemed... odd. No mater, they were safe here.

He turned back to Kiara, "Sure, you know where they are right?" He looked around at the den, so much, yet soon it would be so little. He smiled to himself and drew a string of beads out of a pocket.

Kiara was starting a fire, still in her clothing. Once it was blazing she pulled off her clothing. Strange how she was now desensitized to being without clothing somewhat. While that was set aside to dry, she set in front of the fire, drying the rest of herself off.

"I know," she replied with a yawn. "I'll get one after I'm dry." Kiara stretched out in front of the blaze. It was nice to be like this once in a while.

"Y'know... that storm just now..." she paused as the thunder crashed, "it just came out of nowhere..." Her eyes focused on the flames. Feeling her front dry completely, she turned, allowing her back to dry. "Does that happen often here?"

"No, I have never seen a storm quite like this. Its almost.... supernatural. Never you worry, we are safe here."
Thunder shook the cave, Diven looked toward the passage way to the outside, "Ah quit your growling," he said to the storm.

Feeling stiff, the lynx laid back and stretched. Her joints popped a bit, causing her to smile. Her back was finally dry enough, but she didn't want to move just yet. Kiara was comfortable.

Finally, after telling herself that she really needed to get dressed, Kiara dragged herself over to where Diven kept his robes. She shrugged into one and settled herself back in front of the fire.

"Mmm.... whaddya have planned for the packing?"

"Just watch," he said. He held the string of beads in one hand, the other held open infront of him. A soft green glow came from his hands, then the boxes and crates began to emmit the same glow. They vanished, a green streak of energy leaping from where they were to the beads. The streaks came from his other rooms as well, shooting through the curtins covering the stone arches, all save the sleeping room.

"There, all packed," he said. He tied the beads around one of his ankles. They made a soft clicking sound as he walked over to her. He sat down and wraped an arm around her shoulder, nuzzling her softly.

"That was..." Her eyes were full of wonder. "That was so amazing..." She shivered as he nuzzled her.

"Diven?" She leaned against him, purring. "You're too nice, you know?"
